Above prices are for Ferndale, Royal Oak, Oak Park, Clawson, Pleasant Ridge, Berkley, Huntington Woods, Hazel Park and Palmer Woods. Please add an additional $3.00 – $5.00 Extended Area sur-charge for Birmingham, Troy, Southfield, Warren, Bloomfield Hills, Lathrup Village, Madison Heights, Detroit and Beverly Hills. For other areas not mentioned, please inquire about rates and availability.
In addition, we can provide medication administration, litter box cleaning, brushing, playtime, water refresh, mail retrieval, garbage taken in/out, lights on/off, watering of plants and other reasonable requests, all at no extra charge.
Prior to becoming a PetCare AuPair client, one of our staff members will conduct an in-home consultation, free of charge with you and your pet(s). Typically taking about 30-minutes, this meeting allows us to gather detailed information which will guide us in providing the best care possible for your animal(s) during any absence.
Whether you need us for one visit per year or each day of the week, we still need to meet with you prior to a scheduled visit. We require all new clients to sign a payment guarantee and services contract.
Weekly clients will be billed each Friday with Net 7 terms. Late payments will be subject to a late fee and potential interruption of services. For clients traveling out of town, a 50% deposit will be required prior to services rendered and remaining balances are due upon receipt. Clients traveling during the aforementioned holidays will be required to pay their 50% deposit 10 days prior to departure.
PetCare AuPair accepts cash, checks, money orders and PayPal. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks (no exceptions).
PetCare AuPair requires a 12-hour cancellation notice prior to services rendered. Clients may be subject to a cancellation fee (at the discretion of management) if this requirement is not met.
